Care:
Pure wool does not like being roughed up or heated when wet.
We advise regular airing to reduce washing intervals.
If you do wish to wash the pillow, you can.
First, remove the inner pillow – you can choose to hand wash this using cool water and a gentle / wool detergent. Do not tumble dry.
The ‘Pillow Duvet’ is machine washable in a front loader (or top loader with no agitator) using COLD WATER and a delicate or wool cycle with wool detergent.
Best to dry naturally, and finish off in tumble dry with no heat, if needed.
Can be ironed at a warm temperature. We recommend stretching the fibres as you iron which will help combat any shrinkage.
NOTE: You might finds traces of ‘vegetable matter’ such as grass/straw/thistle embedded in the Wisewool. Some do make their way through the double-scouring (washing) process, but they should soften and not feel prickly. We think they are a reminder of how pure and natural the Wisewool is
