Delivery

Delivery is only available to New Zealand addresses currently. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout stage of purchase once you have added all products to the shopping cart. Costs may vary for rural addresses. Pick-up from the Auckland Sleep Clinic at Level 1, 110 Remuera Road in Auckland is also an option you can select during the purchase stage through the Online Store.

Orders are shipped using NZ Post and tracking details will be provided to the nominated email directly from NZ Post once the parcel has been collected from Auckland Sleep. Please get in touch with Auckland Sleep within 10 days of the order date if you have not received your order.

Orders will be shipped within 3-4 working days. If stock is unavailable, we will inform you directly of any delays.
