Returns & Refunds
Unopened products in all original packaging will be accepted for a refund if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and verified as suitable for re-sale in our clinic. Please allow 7-10 working days for refunds to process.
Auckland Sleep’s Online Store sells several products not suitable for re-sale once used. Our policy is that we cannot accept returns of goods that are of a consumable nature and have been opened and used. We understand that there can be unique circumstances where a customer requests a refund or a return for a used product and we will work with these customers on a case-by-case basis.
