How to Fit Your SomnoFit Orthosis
Fitting the SomnoFit is simple:
- Heat water to 80°C using the included thermometer.
- Soften the top tray in hot water for 3 minutes, remove, and place it in your mouth, then clench your teeth. Repeat for the lower tray.
- Once the trays are shaped, connect them with the most suitable flexible band.
- Adjust the mandibular advancement using the 6 strips to suit your comfort.
