SNAP Package – your step toward better sleep
When sleep is a struggle, knowing what’s actually going on can make all the difference. Our SNAP (Sleep Navigation Action Plan) package is the simplest way to check your sleep health and work out the right steps forward.
It’s a straightforward process that gives you answers without the hassle of long waits or overnight hospital stays.
1
Registration and assessment
We’ll start with a short form. It asks about your sleep patterns, health background, and any concerns. If you’re filling it in for someone else, just use their details.
2
Sleep study at home
Instead of spending a night at the hospital, you’ll wear a small ring device while you sleep in your own bed. It quietly records things like breathing, oxygen levels, and heart rate. Most people don’t even notice it once it’s on.
3
Review of your results
Our team goes through the information collected. You don’t have to worry about the numbers – we pull out what matters and make sense of it for you.
4
Sleep Navigation Consult
You’ll then meet with one of our Sleep Navigators. They’ll explain the results, answer your questions, and put together a plan that’s personal to you. We call this your Sleep Navigation Action Plan. It’s practical and focused on what you need.
How long does it take?
We usually complete the SNAP process in about 2 weeks. Most of the next steps from your plan can start within 4 weeks.
Payment and insurance
If you pay upfront and we later secure partial cover from your private health insurer, we’ll give you a credit note. That credit can be used for any treatments that aren’t covered under your policy.
